Yogasleep Dohm Nova White Noise Sound Machine
I fall asleep instantly, but with noise, like a snoring dog, I wake quickly. For years, I avoided a white noise fan because I didn’t want to depend on it. Traveling across the country, 45 hotel rooms at a time, always hoping hallways were quiet. Once I started using a fan, my sleep improved, and I realized it doesn’t matter if I am dependent because I can just always own a fan ;)

Yogasleep Rohm Portable White Noise Sound Machine, 3 Soothing Natural Sounds
At the time of writing this, I have just purchased this mini travel version. Another benefit of these white noise machines is that they offer auditory privacy. I am using this mini device for added privacy at my office door.
Moms with new babies like it as it offers quiet wherever they go.

Queen & King Size 2 Pack Rayon Made from Bamboo Pillows for Sleeping, Cooling Shredded Memory Foam Adjustable
I almost feel like it is silly to list basic pillows, but these are an item I send emails about. I use the king-size as a pillow to hug when I sleep. Some women side sleep without hugging a pillow, and it hurts both of their shoulders. Other women need to hug a pillow to keep from stomach sleeping. I have these pillows in both sizes: queen and king. Removing some filling allows you to customize its size but I use as they come.
Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR Neck Pillow, Small Profile, White
This has been my pillow for over 25 years. I travel with this pillow and have driven over two hundred miles (both ways) to retrieve it from a previous hotel. I wish it were organic latex, but it’s not :( Still, it is the pillow for my neck.

Many women try various cervical curve pillows but buy the wrong size. You likely need a small size. Otherwise, it is doing the opposite to your neck than you want it to.

Talatex 2.7 inch Ultra Slim 100% Natural Premium Latex Pillow, Ultra Thin Flat Pillow
A thin pillow, something that gives a slight cushion but allows your natural neck shape to remain, is healthy. Some people might say this is the best option. When I started my neck health journey, I needed a pillow with a cervical shape, and I have stuck with that. But I suggest some people try a thin, organic latex pillow and see how it works for them.
With a thin pillow, you may also shape it as best needed for your neck.
Sleep Apnea Pillow with Neck Pain & Snoring Relief -Orthopedic Cervical Pillow
I do not have personal experience with this pillow, but a woman who sees me for neck pain does, and she felt a difference using this pillow. I have started this pillow with several women who are trying to stop stomach sleeping, and when they used this pillow and wedged themselves between the normal pillows I linked to above, they could successfully train themselves to sleep on their backs.

TALATEX Natural Latex Pillow for Neck Pain Relief, Ergonomic Teardrop Contour Pillow for Sleeping
Here is another pillow that I do not yet have personal experience with, but I am loving the shape. They have not listed the pillow’s dimensions, but it’s important that it not be too tall for your neck. This shape would aid in cervical health and help break the stomach-sleeping cycle.
