Healing Pelvic Floor, Ribcage, Diaphragm, and Spine Products.
TMJ Pain, Jaw pain, and Neck Pain need Holistic Whole-Being Support.

The greatest healing of the pelvic floor and diaphragm comes from a cultivated routine of strength, release, and breathing.

CUSHION LAB Pressure Relief Seat Cushion for Long Sitting Hours Extra-Dense Memory Foam for Hip, Tailbone, Coccyx, Sciatica
A supportive chair seat promotes spinal alignment, which allows the pelvic floor muscles to function effectively. I LOVE this cushion. I sit on a flat walnut chair for all my writing and computer work. This cushion makes it all possible!

CUSHION LAB Extra Dense Lumbar Pillow - Ergonomic
I have recommended this lumbar support pillow to women who travel often (by car and plane) and get great reviews. Specially contoured to fit organically, it relieves lower back pressure for office workers, drivers, or anyone who sits for long hours and experiences back pain.
RAD Recovery Rounds - Extra Soft Yoga Massage Ball Set
Of the massage balls I am listing, these are first because they are soft. If you are stiff, have a painful spine condition, or are new to rolling, start with a soft massage ball set.

You can use soft massage balls along the sides of the spine, the rotator cuff, and the hips. The piriformis, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus need to be strong and subtle, and their performance is essential for pelvic floor health.

RAD Spine Massage Ball Roller Set Medium Density (blue) and Soft Density (green)
I use the medium-density roller and believe it would be too hard for some women. If you are new to rolling or feel generally stiff, start with the soft set.

What I love about this product is feeling a good pressure on both sides of my spine at once.
RAD Soft Diaphragm, Visceral, Abdominal Release Massage Ball
This is one of the most recommended healing products in the office. To heal your TMJ pain, jaw pain, neck pain, pelvic floor pain, ribcage pain, and more, you MUST have a connected and loving relationship with your diaphragm and your breath.

Pelvic Floor Wand
I recommend these a little differently than PTs do . Yes, you can try to reach the deeper pelvic floor muscles with a pelvic floor wand. But many of the women I see find that difficult, and even after this advice and treatment, they are still in pain. Pelvic floor muscles need breathing, coordination, and often direct manual massage therapy. I recommend these for the superficial opening when there is scar tissue and trigger points. And yes, you can use it on the deeper muscles where possible and only if it does not cause emotional stress.
Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief
I LOVE spiked mats so much that I am going to list three versions. I have traveled across the country with a spike mat many times. This is not the brand that I have, but I chose it because of the low price point and that it comes with a neck pillow.
(Side note: I do love these, but only when I use them. I go through stages!)

Blue Cotton Travel-Sized Acupressure Massage Mat
The only color available right now is blue. I listed this because I own it, and because it is small and may work under someone’s desk and is an easy size for travel.

I LOVE standing on these, and when traveling with cyclists, I stand on this mat as I move around the massage table. I will list another option on the foot product page.

TheraGun Relief by Therabody
I own a Theragun and trust Therabody products. What is healing about these massage guns is not the depth in which you push, but the vibration. Vibration is very healing to the tissues. I recommend having one of these for general maintenance. I always recommend them to my pelvic floor women to help loosen adductor muscles and the upper traps for my TMJ and neck ladies.

CHECK OUT TheraGun Therabody Elite (linked in the second button). I have a Theragun like the Elite that you can press deeply with because my nervous system loves me some depth!

Wireless 24 Modes TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator for Pain Relief, Smart Rechargeable
I own this, and love that it has no wires. Place the circles back in the case after you finish using them (saves the battery). If out of the case, the battery drains. I also have a wire unit and so I know I always have one ready to go when needed. More expensive TEN units are available, but customers often return some of them, according to reviews. Expensive is not always better.

I dislike using things that are disposable, and so I use the pads over and over again. Repeatedly.

REVO Smart Cupping Therapy Massager, Red Light Therapy for Targeted Pain Relief
I will also list simple cupping devices on this page. I have tried the Revo and like it. It has an average price point, and I am uncertain how the more expensive ones would be better. It makes noise when someone uses it because it continually moves air. Sliding a “normal” glass or silicon cup feels wonderful, and you cannot slide one of these types of cups. The cup will sit still on you until you press the release button or the timer goes off. This cup will not fit on everyone’s upper traps, for example, but would work for larger areas of the body such as on back muscles. If I find outstanding quality electric cups that have a smaller circumference, I will also list those.
Generic Brand Hip Hook
A hip hook could be the first thing I recommend to every woman! This can reach the psoas and iliopsoas areas along the inside of the hip crest.

I own the expensive brand-name one and use it every day. If you use this, it will improve your hip flexor health. You may need to watch a YouTube video on its use and be gentle with yourself as you experiment to get it right.

RAD Axle – Extra Firm High-Density Exercise Foam Roller – Deep Tissue Myofascial Release for Back, HIPS, Legs & Shoulders
I have not used this but LOVE how the woman in the photo is using it. This might be a great option for women who want to foam roll their back but do not want to do so right on their spine. This has a spine cut out.

Cork Yoga Massage Wheel
This is closer to the wheel that I own and it does not have a spine cut out. Personally, my spine is not bothered and I hang out on this when feeling mid-back and ribcage tension. A wheel like this is not for someone who is sensitive, really stiff, or new to rolling. I would suggest starting with a soft normal shaped foam or cork roller.

Silicone Cupping Therapy Set
As with many massage tools, these cups are useful when used! I own silicone cups and just creating this listing is reminding me to get them out-Ha! I have traveled with these, and the smaller sizes are helpful for the upper traps and around the clavicle. The larger size is great for legs. Make sure the set you buy has several smalls and mediums. I recommend this quantity because if you are going to do your upper traps, you can throw one on each shoulder.
