Pelvic Floor Consult

During the initial consult, we go over your paperwork & health history, and we do a physical exam that covers pelvic floor health & beyond. This uncovers neuromuscular issues related to the pelvic floor or otherwise disrupting your physical health, & may include the neck & the jaw.  

$125 30-min

Need to improve muscle tone or relax tense pelvic floor muscles? The deep muscles inside the pelvic bowl are accessed through the vaginal wall. These treatments facilitate healing & prevent major health concerns. 

Single Pelvic Session  

$650 6-sessions

Why a package? Your body needs time to learn, change, & heal. It takes multiple treatments to, for example, end bladder leakage. A woman can combine pelvic therapy with other targeted treatments for further healing.

Full Hour Manual Therapy

NECK, JAW, or SHOULDER PAIN? This is the TLC you are looking for. All regular therapy (not pelvic care) is booked in hour long sessions. This gives us time to create change!

 We will discuss the best option for you during your initial pelvic consult. Most women choose this extended care option. You will receive the normal 30-min pelvic floor focused session & we will address other concerns. The nervous system change that comes with additional work allows for further pelvic floor relaxation.
